Fell asleep fast, stayed asleep, and Best of All WOKE UP RESTED & CLEAR-HEADED
Holy Cats! This stuff works! I have an insanely busy schedule and I’m on the computer 12 hours a day. I’ve been struggling with falling asleep, and worst staying asleep. I took two of these lightly flavored lemon gummies at 9:30 pm and was on the computer until 12 midnight. About 10 pm I noticed an overall “relaxed” feeling, but nothing that kept me from working on the computer. When I did go lay down, I noticed my body felt fairly relaxed, BUT the big thing was my MIND was calm and quiet, no racing thoughts, no endless song-loops playing over and over, just a warm comfortable feeling. I feel asleep within 20-minutes (which is great for me) and slept comfortably all night. Even with a single bathroom break, I still laid back down and within a few minutes I fell back asleep.For comparison, I’ve tried 250 mg Magnesium (helped me fall asleep, but didn’t STAY asleep).Naturemade “Calm” gummies (again fell asleep, but would wake at 3:15 am, ugh!)I’ve tried prescription 100mg Gabapentin, mixed with these two, and that did it but I didn’t want to be on prescription meds every single night.This natural tasty alternative is amazing, very lightly flavored with lemon, not overpowering. Each gummy comes individually wrapped (my only complaint is I had to wrestle with the strong little wrappers to open each gummy.) The Size is a bit smaller than other gummies and easy to chew and swallow. Not nearly as sweet as the Naturemade or Equate gummies, so you’re not eating a huge shot of sugar before bedtime. They come in a very attractive (and BIG) round cardboard canister, and each gummy as I mentioned is individually wrapped. I don’t have a lot of room on my bathroom counter, so I’m going to keep the canister in the cupboard and just put a handful in a candy dish on the counter and refill it weekly.I’m sold! I’ve tried other “sleep-aids” like Diphenhydramine (which dries me out terribly), and herbal combinations. This one wraps all the things I need into one tasty little gummy. I took two, (I weigh 140 pounds), and if I have a really rough night on the computer, I might take a third, but we’ll see. I fell asleep fast, stayed asleep, and Best of All – I WOKE UP RESTED AND CLEAR-HEADED, and didn’t feel like a zombie!

Taste great! Do what they claim.
Wow! These gummies taste great! No stevia or artificial sweetener! And, they seem to really make me feel relaxed. I take two before bedtime. I will continue to buy them.

Big drum of individually wrapped l-theanine gummies
For some reason I was not expecting the big drum these come in, to be quite so big! It’s about 2/3 of the height of an oatmeal drum. Once I got over that, I was digging in. I take L-theanine regularly and I am always thrilled when a gummy is available for something instead of a pill.Besides l-theanine there are other relaxing type minerals and herbs in these like lemon balm, magnesium, GABA and ashwagandha. I just consider those bonuses. I normally take 400mg and two of these gummies provide that. There are 120 gummies in the drum, so 60 days worth if you are on a 400mg dose like me. And being individually wrapped you can choose to take 1 or 2 without leaving an open package, and they are purse and suitcase friendly. They boast a 2 year shelf life.I would not say these gummies are *delicious* (as some are) but they really aren’t bad. Kind of like a weak lemon drop flavor in a sweet gummy that has the same mouthfeel of any candy gummy you might have had. And, they’re sugar free…using monk fruit for sweetening. I found it interesting that the back label gives dosages for children under 12, which is kind of nice. All the ingredients are natural. The thick drum is made of paper instead of plastic.I like them. They have a premium feel to them and I really do like a gummy over a pill any day of the week. I have noticed no shift in effectiveness from my capsule brand. The label has all the things you want to see on a supplement label. Lab tested, GMP certified, based in USA and organic. But as I always say, remember that statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA, so choose companies that back up their claims. I could not find a website for this company, or any way to contact them outside of Amazon messaging. For that I’m taking a star, as in this day and age that seems like an unnecessary (if not deliberate) omission.

L-Theanine 400mg Gummies
When I landed, I sensed a more gradual transition rather than a dramatic change. It was less probable that I would continue to repeat the events of the day after I went to bed since my mind was less agitated. The most significant change that I made in my daily life was that I quit engaging in the mental bargaining exercise in which I persuade myself that I will relax after doing just one more item. As a result of the gummy serving as a signal, I was more eager to adhere to the practice that I was previously aware was beneficial. During the weekdays, particularly after difficult workdays, I saw that there was a greater degree of consistency. My routine consisted of going to bed at the same time every night, and I spent less time bouncing about from one little chore to the next. My mornings seemed normal, which was another thing that I loved. The fact that I did not have any feelings of fogging or slowing down is significant to me since I get up early and do not want anything to linger into the following day of my schedule.

Natural Support That Actually Works

I bought these gummies for my daughter to help her manage stress and improve her sleep quality. Individually Wrapped!
At first, I thought the package was powder. They are individually wrapped gummies, which I didn’t expect but great if you want to throw them in your purse to munch on later. There’s not much taste to them, rather bland.

L-Theanine 400mg GummieI appreciate the combination of sleep assisting supplements which the manufacturer has combined into a single gummy. These gummies for offers up a very nice and convenient way to take these supplements. These gummies have a pleasant sweet lemon-flavored taste to them. The gummies are individually packaged. I find this a dubious feature. While it is nice in that you do not need to worry about them sticking together, it is more time consuming having to open each one, and this results in more plastic trash, and I like to keep my negative impact upon the planet as minimal as possible. That said, the gummies do come in a paper container, rather than the usual plastic containers used by most supplement providers, so it probably evens out. The suggested serving is two gummies; I don’t know why they do not simply package two gummies in one package or increase the size of the gummy – this would save both time, materials, and lessen their environmental impact. I found that when I take theses gummies I normally experience an increase in dreaming, which personally I find very appealing. I find these gummies to be a much preferred method of taking these supplements.
