Good Weighted Vest for Everyday Use
i’ve been using this 12 pound weighted vest for a couple of months now, and overall I’m very happy with it. At first, it felt heavy and a little tricky to walk with on my walk pad, but I realized there’s a certain way to adjust it properly on your shoulders. Once I got the fit right, it became comfortable and easier to wear. It’s excellent for walking and even while doing task around the house. I haven’t tried it with strength training yet, but I can already tell it adds a good amount of resistance. The vest is adjustable, fits well, and I’ve noticed no bad smells. It does get sweaty, but that hasn’t been a problem, and it hasn’t stained my clothes. The only minor issue is that it can be a little tricky to adjust at times, but other than that, it’s a very solid vest that works well for me. I’m giving it five stars because it meets my needs and has only a small learning curve.

Love the 20lb
I love this weighted vest! I got it for Christmas and have been using it for walks and runs. It fits securely and still allows really good movement, which was my biggest concern. The weight feels evenly distributed and comfortable, and the 20lb option adds a great challenge without feeling bulky. This vest is incredibly effective at increasing the challenge of my workouts without feeling uncomfortable or restrictive. It’s also got a pouch for your phone!10/10

Nice walking vest with reflective stripes
Weird smell at first but I think it’s going away. Effective, comfortable, and adjustable across the chest. The cellphone holder can be annoying but it at least gives you the option to store your phone in the front if needed.

Vest is perfect, phone pouch is not.
The weighted vest itself is awesome. It does have a strong odor when you first get it, but I am sure it’ll air out (just like any memory foam pillow/mattress).It’s very comfortable and sits at the upper portion of the torso. Pretty straightforward to put on, secure, and adjust. My ONLY gripe is the included phone carrier. Pictures make it looks much larger than it is, as it does not fit my Galaxy 24 Ultra (doubt it’d fit any Pro Max iphone). If you have a smaller phone it’ll prob be no issue, but I specifically chose this one to use the phone pouch, but it’s too small unfortunately. I’ll still use it and can probably still use the pouch for my phone, but I wouldn’t be able to zip it up.Regardless, if you’re just looking for the vest, it’s comfortable and sure beats having the adjustable ones with bulky metal plates that make it feel extra stiff.

A “must add” to your workout routine.
Great quality at a good price. I have noticed a difference when wearing this while walking on the treadmill. I find my heartrate gets into zone 2-3 quickly without having to walk faster just by wearing the vest and taking the incline up a bit. It’s easy to adjust on the fly and is very comfortable. My husband uses it during his workouts for things like lunges and squats. The weight is evenly distributed throughout the vest so it makes it easy to stay balanced.

Tough, Comfortable, and Totally Worth It — Love This Weighted Vest! 💪
We got the 12lb ZELUS Weighted Vest, and let me just say — I absolutely love it! It’s the perfect balance of challenge and comfort, and it’s quickly become my go-to gear for walks, workouts, and everything in between. The Velcro strength is seriously impressive — once you strap it on, it’s not going anywhere, no matter how intense your workout gets.It works incredibly well, evenly distributing the weight so there’s no awkward shifting or pressure points. The durability is top-notch, holding up beautifully through sweat sessions, rain, and even outdoor runs in cold weather. This thing is built to last, and you can tell from the materials alone. The ease of use is another big plus — quick to put on, easy to adjust, and comfortable enough to wear for long stretches without feeling bulky or restrictive. The color and reflective design look great, too — sleek, modern, and flattering on all body types. It’s functional and good-looking, which isn’t something you can say about most workout gear. And honestly, for the quality and performance, the value for money is outstanding. It feels like professional-grade equipment without the hefty price tag.All in all, this vest is durable, comfortable, stylish, and effective — exactly what I wanted and more. Whether you’re training, toning, or just upping your cardio game, this 16lb ZELUS vest is a total winner. 🏋️♀️🔥

Overall great purchase!
Got the 20 pound vest. Probably should have started lower but I recently lost 20-25 pounds so thought I’d add it back for walking/hiking. I am 5’2 and 145 (now). The vest does have a fairly strong chemical odor but that seems to be going away after about a week. 20 pounds is a lot heavier than I anticipated and my joints immediately felt the weight suddenly being added back on!. The vest is pretty comfortable and the weight distribution is good. I use this on my 1-2 mile dog walks and for that it is very comfortable. I have tried it on a longer (6 mile) walk with a few hills and I do experience some shoulder/upper back discomfort, which I hope will go away once my body adjusts. I couldn’t imagine running in it but I am sure some brave souls do so!

Great fit and solid construction
I’ve been training with the ZELUS Weighted Vest for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall build quality and comfort. I chose the 12 lb version because I weigh 110 lbs, but I like that it comes in multiple weight options so you can start lighter and progress over time. What I love:Comfortable, secure fit. The vest hugs the body well without shifting around, even during runs or cardio workouts. The adjustable straps make it easy to adjust for the right fit.Even weight distribution. The weight is balanced front and back, which really helps avoid strain on the shoulders or lower back.Reflective safety strip. I don’t run outdoors, but if you run early in the morning and at dusk outdoors , this small detail is surprisingly useful.Durable materials. The stitching and fabric feel strong. No leaking weight packets or frayed seams so far.Performance Results: This vest adds just the right level of resistance to push workouts to the next level—bodyweight squats, push-ups, stair runs, and even just walking feel more challenging in a good way. I’ve noticed improved stamina and muscle engagement, especially in my core and legs.Comfort Note: There is some shoulder pressure when wearing it for a long period, but that’s expected with any weighted vest. A quick adjustment or slight break usually solves it.Bottom Line:If you’re looking to intensify workouts, improve endurance, or add resistance without complicated equipment, the ZELUS Weighted Vest is a great investment. Solid quality, comfortable fit, and well worth the price.

PUSH YOURSELF! NOTHING WORTH HAVING IS EASY!!!
I usually run 3 miles 3-5 times/week after my workouts, depending on the time/weather. My Pace is roughly 20minutes for 3 miles. I wanted totrain harder, but i didn’t want to force myself to run faster or longer, so decided to give weighted vest running a try. GAMECHANGER…I bought the 30lb vest and now it takes me 25 minutes to run 3 miles. I love this vest, tighten the straps and you can grab the sides so youR arms don’t swing. The pouch holds my keys and my big enough for my Galaxy s25 phone….5stars. I wouldn’t lift weights in it, to me i think that’s pointless and would restrict your movements, but you do you. But i absolutely recommend running in this.

12 lb Fits Women Well – Sturdy
I have been using this vest for a year now, and it has held up well. It is showing some cosmetic wear, but functionally is holding together fine. The magnetic stripes look the worst. This review is for the 12 pound vest. This one is sized well for women, but I can’t comment on the other weights.Materials seem sturdy , and construction has held up with regular use. I will say that it stank to high heaven for the first three months. I had to hang it up in the garage for several months to let it air out. It smelled like it was filled with ground up rubber tires. Over the summer, if I left it in the car, my entire car would stink like used tires. Thankfully, the smell did eventually wear off, and the vest is holding up well. I haven’t had any issues with it just be prepared to be a little patient and let it air out. I purchased another one and it did not have the problem, so you may get lucky and not get the smell at all.I am 5’4, 122 lbs, 34DD and it fits fine. Plenty of adjustability in the front strap for larger people. I have it snugged up fairly well. I use weight vests 5-6 days a week, so they do get put to the test 😎Bought Dec 2024 – Photos are after about 8 months of use (had to air it out for a few months)
