By making a purchase or selling products or services on Malacasi, Users agree to comply with this Policy.

1. General Principle

  • A duplicate or unauthorized transaction occurred;

  • A refund is required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date, unless otherwise specified by the Seller or required by law.

Unless required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed;

  • Services that have already been fully delivered;

  • Customized or made-to-order products;

  • Promotional or discounted items marked as non-refundable.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Clearly stating their refund and cancellation terms on their listings;

  • Processing approved refunds in a timely manner;

  • Complying with consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, Buyers must:

  1. Contact the Seller directly through the Platform;

  2. Provide relevant transaction details and justification;

  3. Allow the Seller a reasonable time to respond.

If no resolution is reached, the Buyer may escalate the request to Malacasi for review.

6. Role of Malacasi

Malacasi may, at its discretion:

  • Review disputes and supporting evidence;

  • Facilitate communication between Buyers and Sellers;

  • Issue refunds on behalf of Sellers when required by law or Platform policy.

Malacasi’s decision in such cases shall be final.

7. Refund Method and Timing
